India, Russia sign $500 million naval force bargain for 2 stealth frigates

India and Russia Tuesday fixed a USD 500 million arrangement for development of two rocket frigates in Goa for the Indian Navy, sending an unmistakable flag of proceeding with abnormal state barrier joint efforts despite the US alerts of assents.

He said development of the boats will start in 2020 and the first will be prepared for enlistment in 2026 while second one will be prepared by 2027.
